The Center for Leadership Studies East is the result of a partnership between the Center for Leadership Studies, Inc. (CLS) in Escondido, California and Leading Solutions Group (LSG) in Raleigh N.C. Through this partnership we are pleased to be able to offer a wide range of leadership training, consulting, and services.

About the Center for Leadership Studies, Inc.

Dr. Paul Hersey established the Center for Leadership Studies, Inc. in the mid 1960's. Dr. Hersey's pivotal research around influence and behavior led to the development of the Situational Leadership(R) Model. Over the last four decades, this model has become the basis of the most prevalent leadership system in the world.

Thousands of top organizations use Situational Leadership(R) training programs to enhance performance and develop positive work environments. Over ten million people around the world have experienced Situational Leadership(R) training with the Center for Leadership Studies, Inc..
