Situational Leadership(R) Feedback Directions
for Workshop Participants:
When you are confirmed for the Situational Leadership(R)
training program, a vital part of the workshop involves gathering
data about your leadership style before the course begins. In order
to expedite the gathering of this data, the surveys are now online.
These are the specific instructions to
follow for gathering data on the web:
You'll be sending e-mail (suggested
template provided - 349kb) to a minimum of 6 people you select,
ideally, associates or peers, internal clients/customers, and followers
or direct reports. The ideal distribution is ONE to your manager,
TWO for associates or peers, and THREE for direct reports or team
members. In your case, you might choose, Directors or Managers with
whom you have had recent contact on a frequent basis.
If you do not have direct reports then distribute a minimum of
6 requests to a supervisor, associate, and/or a team member. You
may vary from this if you wish so long as you select people that
you routinely attempt to lead and influence.
In the document listed below you will need to provide two specific
items:
- Feedback Completion Date (completion
date should be set as the Thursday prior to the first workshop
date)
- Session Date for sign-on screen (date
should be first day of workshop listed in MM/DD/YY format)
